SOLAR PANELS
SOLAR PANELS FOR MOTORHOMES
We stock a range of Solar Panels designed for all types of Motorhomes Caravans and Campers
We keep a range of solar Panels in stock. We also offer a fully automatic, self-tracking solar panel that in tests has proven to be up to 5 times more efficient!
Our most popular “package” suitable for most vehicles, is our 100-watt system, which charges both leisure and engine batteries.
Our solar panels, made out of mono-crystalline cells, in an aerodynamic frame, are mounted to the roof with a choice of mounting feet to suit the application.
The regulator we use is an MPPT regulator manufactured by Victron that includes Bluetooth connectivity so the system can be monitored remotely.
These products are ideal for use in the UK as they are designed to work well in our climate, especially in the case of a clouded sky, when light intensity is changing continuously. An ultra-fast MPPT controller will improve energy harvest by up to 30% compared to PWM charge controllers and by up to 10% compared to slower MPPT controllers.
